Din roll på cReal
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Sköta maskiner:
Ställa in, kontrollera och justera livsmedelstillverkningsutrustning enligt produktionsscheman och specifikationer.
Övervaka maskinens prestanda och göra nödvändiga justeringar för att upprätthålla kvalitet och effektivitet.
Ha ansvar över dina maskiner, produktionslinjer och dess komponenter.

Produktionslinjeövervakning:
Övervaka produktionslinjen och säkerställa kontinuerlig drift samt snabbt åtgärda eventuella problem.
Utföra rutininspektioner och kvalitetskontroller för att säkerställa att produkter uppfyller företagets standarder.

Säkerhet och rutiner:
Följa alla säkerhetsprotokoll och procedurer för att upprätthålla en säker arbetsmiljö.
Följa livsmedelssäkerhetsföreskrifter och företagspolicyer.
Rapportera eventuella säkerhetsrisker eller utrustningsfel till överordnad omedelbart.

Kvalitetskontroll:
Genomföra regelbundna kvalitetskontroller och dokumentera data.
Säkerställa att alla produkter uppfyller specificerade kvalitetsstandarder innan paketering.

Underhåll:
Utföra rutinunderhåll och rengöring av maskiner och arbetsområden.
Assistera vid felsökning av utrustningsproblem och utföra mindre reparationer vid behov.

Dokumentation och rapportering:
Föra noggranna produktionsdata inklusive producerade mängder, stilleståndstid och eventuella kvalitetsproblem.
Utföra nödvändig dokumentation och rapporter som krävs.

Teamarbete:
Arbeta nära teammedlemmar och överordnade för att uppnå produktionsmål.
Delta i teammöten och bidra med idéer för processförbättringar.

Your role at cReal
Being a start-up, this role thrives in an ever-changing work environment with a broad set of tasks working across all levels of the organization. You love impact and have a can-do attitude no matter the challenge. The tasks include but are not limited to:
· Supplier Management: Develop and maintain supplier relationships, ensure timely material delivery, and mitigate supply chain risks.
· Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and align stock levels with production schedules.
· Logistics Management: Oversee transportation and storage of materials and products, manage logistics terms and third-party providers.
· Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies, and support resolution of quality issues.
· Process Improvement: Streamline supply chain processes, reduce costs, and ambitiously improve environmental impact.
· Customer-Centricity: Support customer inquiries related to supply chain and champion cReal’s mission for a greener world.
As a growing company the right candidate will have ample opportunity to impact and shape the role.

The ideal candidate has:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related role within the food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing supply chain issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

And
Experience setting up and working efficiently with third-party logistics solutions is a plus.
Hands on insights from the food products and sourcing of agricultural raw materials is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.


Location and requirements:
Placement of employment is primarily in Bjuv (Factory) and secondary in Höganäs (pilot facility). Travel may occur.
Residency in Sweden with a valid work permit is a requirement.

Your role at cReal

Sales
· Support the sales department in reaching and serving customers

The ideal candidate
· Finalized degree covering topics of business and food technology (BSc, MSc) with a strong academic track record
· Demonstrated experience in coordinating and supporting sales and marketing processes within food manufacturing or food ingredients
· Data driven with demonstrated hard skills (excel, JAVA, etc.)
· Have a keen analytical mind that can help transform data and trends into customer activating sales tools
· Natural savy in digital marketing tools with a flair for website management and corporate social media
· A strong text and content creator who can captivate an audience
· Curious by nature you love to transform new knowledge (often technical) into insights
· Independent and autonomous thinker who has a high degree of attention to details

We are looking for a person who is passionate about plant-based product development and has a natural talent for developing tasty food in a scientific manner.
You are part of a small and dedicated team who is eager to succeed and bring out our delicious and innovative oat-based solutions to the market.
You have hands-on experience working in a kitchen environment, are service minded both internally and externally and have a flair for testing and creating great tasting food products for the benefit of our customers. The position is a new role based on the need to support our application area and technical sales.
The Food Product Developer/Application Specialist will report to the Application Manager.
About the position
You play an important role in a wide variety of product development projects and ingredients’ functional characterization tests.
The main responsibilities and tasks are:
Practical hands-on work in the kitchen making standardized recipes and preparing prototype food products for customer meetings
Develop new recipes with cReals’ oat ingredients
Perform basic characterization tests of cReals’ oat ingredients in the laboratory, such as e.g. pH measurements and centrifugation tests
Preparation and documentation of the work performed in the kitchen and laboratory
Benchmarking of developed recipes against commercial products
Support the commercial team in sending samples to customers and document it for traceability

Your profile
You have a background as food technician or a practical food background with relevant experience. You are familiar with planning, performing and documenting food application trials (recipes and procedures), and you have a good understanding of relevant analytical methods and terms used in the food industry. It would be an advantage if you have experience from the dairy, bakery and/or snacks industry.
Furthermore, you are:
a team player and passionate about your job with a positive attitude
proactive in your approach with high energy level and result-oriented
ambitious and able to create great tasting products through a combination of both precise work and creative thinking
a balanced personality – able to think and communicate openly

Good communication skills in English – written and spoken – are required for the role.
We are looking for a proactive and agile personality: Someone who is eager to dive into new food application areas and take an active role in developing solutions for our customers. A team-player who likes to take responsibility for their own projects and finds the right balance between “working in detail” and “thinking outside the box”.
